Building Specifications
All of the homes we deliver are built to Ontario's Zone 2 standard or better. The pdf file details what our standard build quality standards are, including such things as 2x6 studs, 2x10 floor joists, wood finishings/trim, R values, heating & ventilation and many more behind the scenes standards.
