Every home that we sell and deliver is unique. As such, we do not have a static price list that we can share on the website. We can and do provide approximate starting prices by model as a guide to help you with your model selection. There are many factors that go into a home that will adjust the cost. Location of the home, upgrades selected, floor plan, design changes and market fluctuations all play a part in determining the final invoice amount. Our sales team can help narrow this with you as we discuss your build and put together the project.
How much does it cost to get started? Generally speaking, you should expect to pay about 15% as a down payment to get the ordering process started. The balance is due upon delivery.
Brand new from the factory with your specifications and customizations.
The supplier will provide you with the building plans and engineered drawings.
Our team will pick up your home from the factory and deliver it to your location.
We have many home plans to choose from but if something is not quite how you want it, then our design team can make those changes for your build.
Once your home arrives, there are a few finishing steps to be completed by our installation crew.

What's NOT included?
It is up to the homeowner to decide how they would like the home supported. Crawl space, full basement or on helical piles or stands.
If you are not connecting to city water, then you will need a well to connect to.
Every municipality will have some fees to pay for permits.
Utility Hook-Up Fees
Each area is different but many charge to hook up to the city utilities.
Our homes are set to easily connect to waste systems whether they are brand new or pre-existing.
Adding a deck or driveway or garden and similar things are not included in the price.
